Prehabilitation (or Prehab) is designed to assist recovery through a step-by-step process to reduce the chance of injury.

Studies have shown that people who participate in Prehab sustain full function and complete daily activities and sports more efficiently than people who don’t do Prehab.
​
Within these sessions, a conditioning program is designed specifically to an individual in order to increase knowledge about strength, stamina, range of motion and functional ability.
​
These exercises prescribed can be utilised every day.
